Sumner Jack Stand
The rollers on these pipe stands are set in a V-head that cradles pipe to keep it centered and prevent it from rolling off of the stand. Pipe rotates with the rollers to ease positioning when threading and roll grooving. The head turns to position and transfer pipe, and it moves up or down to set pipe at a proper working height and align the pipe ends for welding or fittings. Casters on the base allow wheeling pipe around workshops or jobsites with a level, flat, solid floor. Two or more stands are typically required to support pipe along its length.
